Recieved wrong product

My ordered product has been delivered to me and its a different product from what i have ordered. I tried to contact the website but all in vain. I have got a cheap piece of cloth for my money. This is not aceptable. I want full refund. I humbly request consumer complaints to look into the issue and help me in getting me refund.
I faced a bad experience with http://www.diwalistyle.com and you got the same experience with http://www.royalanarkali.com. I came to know that the fraud seller is operating both websites simultaneously.

First the seller refused to refund me. I complained to Gujarat Police station. I warned to the seller. He refunded me.

Though money paid online to diwalistyle. com, no confirmation of product order delivery received, if product undelivered money to be refunded to me.
