SELLING OF EXPIRED PRODUCTS

I am taking treatment for psoriasis in RJR hospital from feb 2023 . They promised me that it will be cured within three months and charged 15k for each month. .After using it for 20 days i have a severe hair loss. When i checked the medicines clearly again, I found that they are expired before a year ago and may be hospital staff want to clear out the expired stock to the patients without concerning about the side effects/loss that the patients could face.I bought DANCLEAR HAIR OIL from RJR Nellore hospital on 14.03.2023 which was manufactured in Aug 2020 and had validity upto Aug 2022.
I was shocked to know from their staff that there was NO customer care or greiveince to look into customer greivences .
