Releasemyad 25% cancellation charges for their own inefficiency

I paid for an ad on particular day but they came back few days later and asked me for Photo ID proof and scanned copy of ad in the company letter head. They missed my target so I asked them to cancel my ad. They charged me 25% cancellation for their own mistake and took more than 1 month and lots of email and calls to get refund. I approached the news paper and they are Rs.300 cheaper than ReleaseMyad, they never asked me for ID proof. Humble advice, go direct with the paper and avoid the miserable
