Wrong product delivery

Respected consumer complaints,
I have ordered a lehnga choli but the website has sent me a third class saree. The website is sending totally different products from what i have ordered and that too of low quality. The order number for my items were 28749, i am here writing my feedback for this website so that consumercomplaints must take action against them
