I had booked my Flat in NEO City Phase 3 in wagholi Pune in 2014 Feb . I was promised to the possesion of the flat by March 2015. Its alreday Dec 2015 and there is no news about the possesion of the Flat. The Builders are not even entertaining the compalints and concersn of the flat owners.
