A set of three casual trousers has been ordered by me from the above said shopping portal. But the items received are different from the one the shopping portal is showing. There is no response from the contact form of the website (looponline.in/pages/contact-us). I have no idea what to do, Please help in this regard and try to resolve the issue at the earliest.
