Indigo Airline – fraud about getting jobs

Dear Sir/Madam
I would like to inform you about fraud with my recumbent. I had interview on 9 july it was phone interview and i got conformation about job on 10 july and then i was deposit money to get conformation about job. total money i was deposit Rs 63000. Ones i deposit money then after two days i was call them about my job they told me their is no job so, i request them to give my money back then they told me if you need money back then you have to wait 265days to get money back. then they told me give me some time we will find smoothing for you but still i did not got any positive responds.
I am calling them every single day more then 100 time but not having positive responds. i want to police station but they told me this is civil mater so you have to go through the lawyer but i don’t have that much money as a being honest india citizen today i feel i should quit my life, after study if have this issue in our country then what we can do.
