I purchased 3 dresses via online payment on 13/9/2016 worth Rs.3999.But still haven’t received any confirmation and also i am unable to track or even cancel my order.I tried calling their helpline and all they could tell me was that it was under processing and it will require another 10-15 days just as it showed when i placed my order.I was seeing several other similar complaints about them.Is this some new form of scam they have started,should have just stuck with flipkart or something more popular.
I have not received my products yet. Delay in delivery.
