We booked 2 seats from Bangalore to Pune on 1-OCt from Abhibus with United Travels. Abhibus sent us confirmed booking. When we went to board bus at designated stop, we shocked to fined that our booking is not confirmed with United Travels. They have other people booked for same seats and they already boarded the bus. So we were not allowed to board the bus. And real shocking was, Abhibus customer service numbers are not working. Even couple of numbers working nobody lift the call. Finally we managed to call HeadOffice where nobody knows what’s happening and they are not ready to give phone numbers of Head of Customercare. And they intentionally cut the phone call while complaining.
This is First time I booked thru this fraudulent company. I will ensure I will spread as much as possible to let others aware this.
Need to plan my next steps to recover my money back.
I sincerely suggest everyone to avoid this cheating company.
