Builder Saideep Bagrecha Revspark Group

First of all let me be clear that I’m not an ex employee or competitor of any builder or Developer but a genuine plot buyer who has been
repenting on my investment in plot. I booked a plot in Pune with below mentioned builder:
Name: Saideep Premchandraji Bagrecha

Revspark Group, 202, Sky mall, Dutta Mandir Square, Viman nagar, Pune
He commited that the registration will be done immediately & collected 100% money. Then daily one or other excuse & did not done registration.
After multiple follow-up he signed MOU document. But again delaying plot regisry with silly execuses and later did regisry of same plot with
someone else. Then i asked to return money but after issuing cheque he STOPPED PAYMENT OF CHEQUE. I have already filed case 138 in court and
its going on. I am just trying to bring this incidence to others so they will not get cheated by this builder. Also this cheater Saideep Bagrecha
might be selling his plots via some other developers. So before buying plot or any property check the 7/12 extract, search & title report and
if you find his name, just simply cancel it and look for some other genuine builder or developers.
Also i am listing some of his fraud friends who were doing same kind of cheating and fraud with various other buyers.

Small correction in above raised complaint and apology for previous wrong statements. I am not aware whether below persons were doing anykind of property frauds,
Saideep Bagrecha have involved them in the above mentioned fraud.

You can consider me as another victim of this fraud. Guys please dont invest in them. They are big cheaters and do not deliver on their promise.
Keep your money safe with you. Do not get cheated by Saideep Bagrecha or his other project partners. Any positive reviews about them on any website is totally fake. Better keep away from them.
Just for information, Revspark Group is owned by Atul Karnawat and Saideep Bagrecha.
Currently Saideep Bagrecha is owning Urban Landmarks and trying to make frauds and cheating peoples. So please be aware of this guy.
