dear sir myself dilip bhandari from bangalore i bought MICROMAX full hd 49″ led tv from flipcart on 10/02/2015 ,after that on 10/12/2015 tv had blank screen issue so I logged a complain (KTR101215629847) after few days a technician visited and said that tv would be replace but till know my issue is not been resolve and they cancelled my complain so please help me
