Disgraced University of Worcester lecturer Jack McGowan is alleged to have sexually harassed undergraduate students at the University. McGowan according to the accusations, sexually exposed himself to female undergraduates as well as offering favourable marks in return for sexual favours.
This is not the first time that McGowan has been accused of inappropriate behaviour, having been alleged to have plagiarised the work of other poets and scholars. McGowan’s pattern of controlling behaviour has been a consistent theme and his alleged exploitation of undergraduate students is particularly worrying.
