GWSDD e-Commerce Private limited operators through its website Addmecart , which doesn’t have a proper postal address, telephone number to contact , cash on delivery option, consumer review details etc. Unfortunately I ended up falling prey by purchasing a jio wifi dongle which was never delivered to me. The only way to contact the company is through their WhatsApp number given on website which they reply back at their leisure with a standard reply please allow us 48 hours, which I understood finally will never come . This company and its website is very much active and there could be many consumers like me who would end up loosing their hard earned money and hence would like to check on how to deal with the same .
