False commitments and now not refunding my entire money

1. Sales person gave false commitments and then booking team says we do not have such policies
2. The calls are not picked up
3. After constant followups, They ask me for some exchange fees for booking per night
4. When asked for cancellation they are not providing me the refund
Kindly help me in getting my full refund..
