I ordered kurti from bollywoodwear.com.I received pieces of cloth. I already paid RS.699 as COD.I tried contacting the website through their email [email protected] but it turned to be fake. It also has a page on FB by name bollywoodwear.Then I contacted delhivery customer support.They said they don’t have details of the package sender. Then whom are they going to give RS.699? They are all complicit in this fraud. I want my refund.
Sir I bought a Saree Aish saree2 from your online shopping center. And I am very disappointed to get your packet. Because it’s not Saree which I want actually it’s a bundle of waste clothes.
I was shocked .now I want to return this packet
Can you help me what is a procedure of return.
