Poor customer care service

I had got a call as I won free gift to stay inside UAE , and I had visited holidayin in Burjuman and after that they had explained about there offers and packages.

I had joined in there package with a minimum payment of AED 500/- later on I didn’t get any response from there executives through telephone or though emails to avail there gift only I got 3 response as below.

1- calls not picking ( land line as well as mobile))
2 – will call after 5 mnt if it pick after long call
3 – no response to emails ( emails will reject automatically as there inbox is full).

They said hotel stay is absolutely free and latter on now need to pay an amount of 149$ which was never informed to me at the time we meet .

Please don’t fall in silly offers????
