I received a call from an employee named Tabish from Bharat Matrimony about 4 months back asking me to register myself for assisted matrimony because BM was not satisfying our search. I was given a discount for 7k. I paid 11k for the package that was available for 19k. I was given all false promises that I’ll be given 5 profiles a week, who will match our requirements(that was described in detail) and will be asked to choose from it. Much to my surprise, as soon as I submitted the money, I was given a relationship manager who sent me 4 profiles and later said that she doesn’t have profiles that match our requirements and if I want better profiles, i would have to register to elite matrimony because assisted matrimony doesnt have such high end profiles. I tried complaining to every individual in the company, dropped various emails but no action was taken. I was told in simple words that my money will not be refunded, the max they can do is shift me to elite matrimony and i should submit the remaining money. you think i am a fool to be fooled once by paying 11k and should additionally pay 40k to a company who has already made a fool of me?
