This platform does not allow for therapists to gauge how the session went for the client unless the therapist elicits feedback orally. The therapist has no idea how well he/she is liked or disliked by the client, and can only rely on statistics as a show of performance quality. The platform also does not give therapist credit for sitting all day and having no shows–we should still be paid something. WE are there and ready–where is the client? The platform also allows a therapist to conduct therapy over the phone to countries all over the world and the therapist is only licensed in one state. Wonder how they are getting away with that?
