I tried Ajio.com last month and bought a pair of shirts for myself.
The site always ran some good deals on branded products with good quality.
The delivery was within two and a half weeks and the packaging was ok.
The quality of the shirts were average as it was not made with quality cotton fabric and never looked reliable.
The website and app both were very slow to load especially the app. The design was way too fancy for an ecommerce site.
But my biggest problem with this site was its customer service. It was simply not good.
When my items were not delivered I was keep asking them about its whereabouts and they keep changing their answers.
First day they said it will arrive within the next couple of days and then it didn’t arrive I asked them again and they said it had been delivered yesterday. How pathetic is that!
