I was supposed to get my refund for my order FL06770402 .but I have been partially refunded for it.each time I contacted ajio customer care. Dey askd me to contact paytm since I had paid thru wallet .dere shrug shoulder attitude towards redressing a customer’s grievance has been too traumatizing.until this episode, i wud have surely recommended ajio but now I have been left with such a sour taste.dat I wud never recommend buyin from ajio.esp keepin in mind dere refund process.all dey do is exhibit false assurances.its been almost 2 weeks nw dat im chasing dem to get back my own hard earned money.its too disheartening.
This was the reply received from ajio after endless.mails and calls .
“As per the information regarding Refund not done against Reference No., I have gone ahead and raised a complaint with the team concerned. We will get back to you with an update on this matter on or before 27th June 2017. You also would’ve received an Email and SMS with the Complaint ID. COM00678118” and today is 29 june.stil no word from them.
