Get the product exchanged /returned.

I have innitiated an exchange request for my
Order no #FL0305471384
But their is no response for AJIO yet
The promis date was mentioned on 22th October but their was no response from ajio.
Now I can’t see the return/exchange window for the order. Kindley open the return window so I can Now initiate a new request for the same and get the product exchanged /returned.
