After testing their algorithm for an entire day, we realized the API did not capture a clear trade in BANKNIFTY where important levels were broken. When we reported this to the company representative Abhishek, they told us only a part of the package was provided for testing. When we expressed our displeasure, he said we “wasted” his time and that we do not understand anything and also that we need not understand how the application works or why it does not identify trades when important levels are broken. The company will fall soon if it employs executives who are impatient and judge their customers. A sales executive should have the temperament to answer all questions from their customers. If they lose their patience, it means they know nothing about the product.
