To be frank, your so-called “luxury” product has become one of the worst investments a customer can make. You charge a premium price yet fail to deliver even basic standards of quality and reliability. It’s shocking that customers are now using your “elite” elevators as garbage spaces simply because they can’t trust them to function — despite paying nearly four times the standard market rate.

Your customer care systems are non-functional, and it’s evident there is no dedicated technical support team in place. Even more concerning is that your former employees are now building successful businesses in the same industry, while your own company continues to decline. You had the talent, resources, and opportunity — but have failed to build trust or achieve meaningful growth.

As a customer, I’ve reviewed countless negative experiences shared by both clients and ex-employees. It’s clear your organization lacks commitment to both its customers and its workforce. Your sales team continues to mislead new buyers while ignoring long-standing issues. I personally hold documented evidence of multiple customer complaints that support these claims.

Adding to this, numerous reports suggest disturbing internal practices — including employees being terminated abruptly without reason, denied rightful dues, and treated unfairly.

To make matters worse, a group of former employees who were dismissed without cause has now come together. Alongside them, frustrated customers — whose products have failed and remain unresolved — are also joining hands. Shockingly, it’s these ex-employees who are still receiving calls from distressed clients, while your official support channels remain silent. A formal complaint is now being prepared regarding these repeated failures and unethical practices along with frusteted clients and ex employees theyare are many current employees as well made a group to give internal talks many of your current comapny employees are also in the same groups those who are giving internal informations.

This issue is escalating rapidly and could soon become a national concern. As someone regarded among the richest individuals in Chennai, you may have the means to buy many things — but integrity, loyalty, and respect cannot be purchased. Please remember that your downfall will not come from competition, but from the betrayal of your own team and customers.Company is not giving people hard earned money will cause immense pressure on families. Good to see that you are not able to see anything.
