FRAUD “Flipdeals.in” Sending Other Cheap Product On Ordering Some Product From Their Website Reviews & Complaints

I had ordered SPERIA S9 PRO From https://www.flipdeals.in and had prepaid them online 4999/- through Net Banking on 13th Nov 2018.
But they had sent me another cheap mobile SPINUP A1 on 20th Nov 2018. Now they are not responding to my emails. Also Phone no. given on website not working.
Please help me…I want my money back.
