Wrong order of cloths

This is a site which delivered clothes online. On facebook its have a page also.
I also purchase an item from this having an order id 2411610256546. But when i recieved order it is a piece of cloth only.
There official site is www.bollywoodwear.com
And registered return address is 75 ayodhya nagri, gujarat, india.
My product name is priyanka kurtis.
Also there is lot of complaint against this company from a number of customers. To every customer they deliver a piece of cloth instead of origional product.
Also on filling return and refund request there is no support from the company.
This is a fraud company which thugs a number of people. Strict actions shall be taken to avoid further frauds with public.
