Showed different pic and delivered very cheap product

I had ordered online saree from fb ad and page of sari box. They had given me what’s app no 6354932588. The price of saree was 1499 and 50 rs courier charge and 7 days return policy.
I had opted for COD and gave 1550 rd in cash They delivered product via some Ecom ex courier with shipment no 960529156 . I was surprised to see the very cheap and different saree which may not cost even 300 rs. So I messaged immediately on what’s app asking explanation and my wish to return asking refund. To my surprise they are not responding.( though read the messages, not answering emails. After I googled about company the address is given as raghuveer texttile mall surat.and also found numerous complaints by various online buyers against the same company and it seems doing this fraud. So I request you to look into the matter and take severe action against them.
