Cloths being sold at Snapdeal

I ordered “Bhumic Enterprisa Multicoloured Bangalore Silk Anarkali Semi-Stiched Suite” against the Order id: 24176755704 dated 18 Oct 2018 (Amount: Rs. 1354) using Snapdeal mobile app.
On 24th Oct., I received a cancellation message saying that seller was unable to fulfill it.
However on 25th Oct., a snapdeal supplier supplied the packet (with exact details containing item name, my name & address, and amount), and took Rs. 1354 as COD (see attached packet-sticker).
When my family opened the packet, it was containing two piece of cloths, which has no relation with the ordered items (see attached photo)
When I came to know about this incidence, I logged into the snapdeal app to return the item, but there is no such option as the order was cancelled on 24th Oct.
When I wrote a mail to Sanapdeal, they seems more fraudulant. They kept on replying me that no item has been shipped, you directly contact the seller. My only concern is how this seller got my order details, including my address, item name, and price.
