I ordered a Niveraa designer gown for women-058, from the website www.niveraa.com under Order number 5432, AWB No: 1369011921161, which cost Rs. 878.90. The company cheated and sent some cheap 3rd grade material saree. tried to contact them on the given number 7621930593, but could not connect. and here I find that this is a complain from many people. Hence I request for a resolution at the earliest. Other wise I would be forced to simulate the issue on social media.
