SendmyGifts – Gift not delivered despite making payment

I had placed an order on www.sendmygift.com on 11th February 2016 to be delivered to Rajkot, Gujarat. Despite repeated follows up, my gift has not been delivered. Even call center is not picking up the call. Whenever I call them, they always has high call rate and nobody pick up my phone. Nobody reply to my mail even. This is a cheat, fraud company with pathetic customer service. This company should be barred from carrying business
