I bought two books from ombookshop.come on 9th February 2016 and made the payment via my debit card. It showed the expected shipping date as 15/02/2016 but even 5 days after the expected shipping date the product hasn’t been delivered yet.Neither there is any customer care number on the website under the “contact us” section. Even if you click on the “track your order” it shows the same status as the day of ordering the books. The company hasn’t tried to contact me even once.please help.
