Hi,
I have bought six Lifestyle e-Gift vouchers, each Rs.500/- worth, from Giftxoxo.com. One order ID 455633 among. I have received e-Gift voucher details including expiry date 23-Dec-2015 by SMS message and not to my registered mail ID. While putting order, it was mentioned details in order page that the expiry of e-Gift card will be 12 months from date of purchase.
So it is strange that as i have mentioned actual expiry date then i have got only 10 months duration to keep the e-Gift voucher.
Please raise this concern to this merchant and bring them into consumer court for loosing around 2 months validity.
