I ordered an item with ShopClues portal on 29th January’2016. Order number is 84192379. I paid while ordered. They had given the expected delivery date latest as 8th Feb. I waited till 11th Feb and raised a query with regards to this. They sent me a ticket number also, the number is 6160967 and they sent an email stating I will get revert within 48 hours. But nothing happened. Again I called their support team on 13th Feb and spoke 30 minutes, they said they will revert in 48 hours. But till now no response received and the item also not delivered. I don’t know what kind of customer service it is. Please check if you can and send me the response to my email address [email protected]
