we have received the duplicate product(power bank) form SNAP DEAL.com. Sony company not provided the warranty then snap deal has been returned the product & refund the value in free charge account. but i want the replacement not a refund.
Sanp deal is not providing the replacement of product.kindly take a necessary action .
