I have ordered E-cigrette . My order id is 3487. My device is not working since i had received it. I want to return it.I got product, but my vapour is not coming. I have followed all the instructions. And also had charged it according to it. It haven’t works even a single time also.
Kindly process my product for replacement or refund.
If this process continues..then it will be more than seven days and you will not come for replacement. Otherwise unfortunately I have to go to consumer forum for frauding customers. Please forward my complain asap.
When tried to call the customer care, they are misbehaving with bad slangs. With( bloody north peoples ), as their customer care no was of tamil nadu.
