I book an order by order no.43214260832511 on dated 11.05.2015. Due to some issue, i cancelled the said order by next day & request to money back Rs.12999.
Their concern executives assure us to be back with in 10 or 15 days, but did not receive any positive response at the same side. Finally they refused to money back & suggest us to be issue a voucher rs.12999/- which provide us to be another purchase.
I ordered 15 nos.of products on the basis of voucher Rs.12999/- on dated 25.11.15. But they delivered 06 nos. of products instead of 15 no. of products & all delivered products have less quality.
So, kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.
I shall be very oblige to you for the same.
