I ordered a dress for my baby girl from website babycoture.in and made online payment of INR 3100 through internet banking. When I received the dress I found it is tight from the waist and the quality of the product was also not according to the price. However, I called the company and asked for a larger size which was not available. So, I requested them to return the dress so that I can order another dress from the website again. My request was rejected saying since the dress was on sale they cannot take it back. After that on closer inspection of dress I found that the inner net was torn. Now I realise that they are selling the defected products thats why not ready they are not ready to accept the return request. I was not able to judge the quality of dress just by looking at pictures. I have sent them e-mail regarding the same and reminder too but no reply received yet. Please help.
