sendmygift – product not delivered and refunf also

I have been ordered a flower bouquet with cake cost is INR 579.The product is not delivered.I tried to contact to Customer care, but didn’t get any response.Even i have tried to contact phone no.they also was false. I tried to reach on chat but also not insured to refund back. and no reply. Simply i looted money. Like me all looted money.
Kindly do the needful action
