we bought 3 phones from big2sale.com and payed the money but there is no responce from their side. I paid the money an amount of 21600rs for three phones. In their web site it was showing 2 orders are in processing and another one is failed but I paid all the amount.

I bought one handset from #big2sale and paid the amount of Rs 7189/- on dated 11th Feb 2016 order number #602130 but from dated 11th to till now order is processing and I have send a mail to customer care 4 times but got no response and these peoples are not attend the call. I had a doubt and I will go to police station for FIR against the fraud site.

Please raise a complaint to the bank first .. Get the Transaction details for the particular details and Bank Statement. Then go to your local police station and lodge a complaint. Your bank will provide you the disputed form … Just fill up the form and send it back to the bank along with the FIR Copy .. i bought one handset from #big2sale and paid the amount Rs.6198/- on 7th Feb’2016 order number # 600269, got mail confirmation from the site product was shipped on 8th Feb’2016, still now order is same shipped @ i have send a mail to customer care the are not response & customer care no mostly engaged some time it is ringing but nobody pick it. I had a doubt for searching that address is also fake. I will go to police station for FIR against the fraud site.
Pls don’t pay any amount to this fraud site. Plzzzzz

Please get the Transaction details and Bank Statement from the bank and lodge a Police Complaint at your nearest police station. Then request for the disputed form .. .. from the bank after filling up the disputed form .. Send it back to the bank along with the FIR Copy. As per ur instruction I went to bank they says we cannot help u they can only do is to resister complaint nothing can be done nd local police says wait for few days it takrs time, when I forced for complaint register they say it is a casevof cyber cell, when I go cyber cell they say that file case in consumer forum.
