Samsung j5100 Led 40 inch – Not delivered

I ordered samsung 40 j5100 led tv from shopclues on 24th jan having order no 83302499 and they handed over this product to Beacon Surface courier (7 horses logistics) on 28th jan having tracking no 135094.. The estimated delivery date of the product was 4feb-6feb.. but my product is still undelivered and untraceable. i am facing lot of difficulties and courier is not receiving calls.. everytime when i contact shopclues they answer me that wait 48 hours and your product will be deliveredwithin that time..
