I have purchased a Samsung LED TV with delivery charges it cost around 25000 rs order number is 82995417 ,which was confirmed on 25th Jan and as per merchant records its shows product despatched and will be delivered between 4th Feb to 6th Feb product is yet not delivered nor i am able to track this. Can you please confirm the details of order tracking detail 133802 .Delivery required in Indore city. Stop making fraud with customers who trusted you and making payments of thousand/lakhs of rupees.
Dear Consumer court team member kindly look into matter , have read review for this fraud e-commerce site that product not delivered after 2 months of purchased also refund not given to any customer.
