This website hotshoppersdeals.com is seems to be doing fraud with indian customers from 01203131722, they call and says to purchase minimum of rs 5999/- and the give sure prize.I also got a call from them on 2nd Feb and again 03rd Feb and again on 04th Feb. At that time I placed an order Segate 2 TB hard disk and dell blue tooth headset worth Rs 6848. They confirmed my order on E-mail and after passed the related information on 08468077680 they confirmed and ensure me that they will call me in 24 hrs.
But after four days they called me again for verification purpose and that time Mr. Rahul (Manager) called from 012065009444 for verification purpose and said to pay some type of taxes(VAT) 10440 (14.5% VAT on Rs.72000) for the winning prize Sony 42′ LED and Rs.60 for packing.
And if we refuse to pay, they hold our payment for ninety days but as per there terms its not written any where this type of condition.
I asked to customer care to Mr Rahul (Manager) and he told me that your money will refund in ninty days and when to talk to customer care they talk rudely with us and speak some nonsense type.
Please take a immediate action on this to stop harassing Indians.
Please take serious action on this matter.
