I tried making insurance premium payment through the portal. They deducted money from my credit card account but the transaction got failed and the payment was not made to Insurer.
Despite several emails they are denying refund. They do not pick their customer service number. Their CEO, Aryan Chaudhary wrote me once that he will look into it but it’s been 10 days now even he is not responding.
It is strange that even after so many complaints, no action has been taken till date and company still operates with any fear doing fraud almost every day. I am losing INR 10000. That’s a huge amount. How do I get it back?
