I have ordered two products from fashionandyou worth of rupees 1700. Due to quality issue I have returned the product and mailed the customer care of fashionandyou to transfer the refund of 1700 into my bankaccount about two months ago. I have mailed the fashionandyou a lot but they have didn’t transfer the refund in my bank account. They have stored the refund amount in fashionandyou store I have not purchase anything but now they have deducted the 1400 rupees from 1700 from fashionandyou store credit without transferring into my bank account. This is humiliating and I want a strict action against this ridiculousness of this website.
