I had made pre-payment of Rs.1499/- through netbanking for purchasing the following product :easyCover camera case for Canon 7D Mark II Camouflage : Order No. 100005415 on 10/12/15.
Yet , I had not received the product nor they refund my money after failing to deliver the product in 2 months.
I had made numerous call to their customer care no. & also emailed them at regular interval.
But there is no resolve .And total indifferent attitude in serving the customer.
Want quick refund of the deducted amount .
