I ordered a 48 inch LED TV from Shopclues.com on 24 Jan 16 at cost of Rs 60, 824.00. I paid the money using my credit card and payment was successful. I got a confirmation about my order and was informed that the item would be delivered by 30 Jan 16. Since the item was not delivered till 30 Jan 16, I registred a complaint with the customer support desk of shopclues.com on 31 Jan 16. Subsequently I continued to complain about non delivery of the product till 6 Feb 16. On 6 Feb 16, the website reported that the item has been delivered. Since I had not received the item, I oncer again, reported the matter regarding non delivery of the item to shopclues.com on 6 Feb 16. I was told to now wait for 7 more working days to get the proof of delivery from the courier. Thus I have paid the money for the item and i have not received the delivery of the item till date. The response of the firm has been very disheartening and I am not sure whether i will receive the item from the firm.
