I order for some tools from toolwale.com Dt. 19-12-2015.(Order No. 2400311).and paid 619.00 Rs by net banking. After 20 days I ask the Help Desk of toolwale.com (Phone No. 09015777868 ) about my order they told me the tools required by me are not available.So i cancel the order Dt 07-01-2016 . but till dt I am unable to get my money back. I made so many calls to Help Desk but no use .Please help me in this matter.
