send my gift.com – delivery not done

i ordered a cake for my anniversary on 28th jan around 2.30. also made an advance payment to deliver it at 28th of jan night. but didn’t receive any order call or text that my order is not going to be deliver. i myself had a chat with almost 10 executives but no body told anything. than certainly one said will not deliver your order today they spoiled my day worst service and after my pressure he said will deliver it in an hour . like an stupid i waited till 12 but didn’t receive anything. worst service and executives too. now i said them to change my delivery address that too they are not doing because i am not at the address provided earlier for delivery.
