Healthon.in (Patanjali Moisturizer cream) – Wrong product delivered intentionaly

I have ordered Patanjali Moisturizer cream ( Invoice #100000097 for Order #100000199) from online site Healthon.in, but they have delivered patanjali aloe vera moisturizer cream. I have complained many times via mail and telephone to replace the product or return the money. I came to know that the particular item was not available and they have intentionally deliver the wrong product. I asked three to four times to return the money or replace the item( at this phone no. Rahul – 8743054343), but till date no action has been taken.
Kindly take necessary action against this kind of online site.
