This is in reference to the product I ordered from Flipkart on October 29, 2015 – iBall WQ149R. My registered Email ID for the particular order is [email protected] and registered mobile number is +91-7306732725. Since the day I bought this product I was experiencing problems. The USB slots and the battery were not working. But my exams were going on that time so could not report about it earlier. By 7th December 2015 I spoke with your representatives in the hope to get the issue resolved but instead was told nothing can be done about it as I had already reached 30 days deadline though there was merely difference of a week and its not like I have called after 6 months that the issue cant be resolved. For the same issue I have called multiple times hoping to get the issue resolved but every time I was disheartened and was not provided with any solution in addition was spoken very rudely by their representatives. Me and my family were regular customers of Flipkart but after this devastating experience I will never ever purchase anything or will recommend Flipkart to anyone. I request Flipkart to provide me a refund for this product. I have already approached consumer court and will also publish article in Newspaper if you dont provide me refund for a damaged product.
