I HAVE BUY THE TRANSCEND 2 GB DDR RAM FROM SNAP DEAL , WHICH HAS 10 YEAR WARRANTY , AFTER SOME USE THEIR IS PROBLEM OCCURRING IN RAM SO I CONTACT TO TRANSCEND CUSTOMER SUPPORT , AND GIVE THEM SERIAL NO. OF MY RAM WHICH IS 11 DIGIT , BUT THEY SAID THAT THIS IS FAKE PRODUCT OUR ORIGINAL RAM HAS 10 DIGIT SERIAL NUMBER AND THEY SHOULD NOT HELP ME WITH THIS FAKE RAM… . I WANT REPLACE MY RAM OR MONEY BACK..
